Resource Centre

The resource centre provides additional information and support for clients of the London Housing Registry.

The centre provides access, free of charge, to a telephone that clients can use to call property owners to set up appointments to view rental units.

The centre has educational materials that outline the rights and responsibilities of tenants and property owners. There are fact sheets available that help clients take a step-by-step approach to renting and help them focus on basic skills. There is information on maintenance and repairs, moving out, rent increases, eviction, and harassment and discrimination.

The resource centre is a drop-in service, available during the Registry's hours of operation, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm.
